History always begins with you

On March 27, 2021, Luka Cvetkovic an artist and performer walked with a lamb from Jarinje (an ethnically Serbian village in northern Kosovo) to Kachanik (an ethnically Albanian village in southern Kosovo) where the lamb lives until now. Together with the artist, César Debargues designed an edition highlighting the seven days and 150 km traveled during this performance. Photographs, preparatory sketches and texts by Mårten Spångberg and Vullnet Krasniqi contextualize, amplify and narrate each step that the artist took with his partner. Pre-orders are now open. The book will be launched at the Alexandre Mottier Gallery in Geneva, Switzerland on Wednesday 29th at 7pm in the presence of the artist.
